Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with DEE Yogurt Phuket ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before ordering.

Products

Product Description

DEE Yogurt produces fresh probiotic yogurt made daily in Phuket, Thailand. Our products contain 11 live probiotic cultures and are made with pure Thai milk. We do not use preservatives or artificial additives.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify recipes without prior notice. If a product you ordered is unavailable, we will contact you to offer alternatives or a refund.

Storage Requirements

Our yogurt is a fresh, perishable product that must be refrigerated at 2-4°C (35-39°F). Once delivered, please refrigerate immediately. We are not responsible for product quality if storage instructions are not followed.

Ordering

How to Order

Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or by phone. All orders require confirmation before processing.

Order Cutoff Times

• Phuket delivery: Order by 4:00 PM for next-day delivery
• Nationwide shipping: Orders processed weekly on designated shipping days

Minimum Orders

Free delivery in Phuket requires a minimum order value. Wholesale orders have separate minimum requirements. Current minimums are displayed during checkout.

Pricing and Payment

Prices

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, though confirmed orders will honor the price at time of order.

Payment Methods

We accept:

• Bank transfer (payment proof required)
• PromptPay
• Cash on delivery (Phuket only, subject to approval)

Payment Verification

For bank transfers and PromptPay, please send payment confirmation (screenshot or slip) via WhatsApp. Orders are not processed until payment is verified.

Delivery

Phuket Delivery

• Free delivery island-wide for qualifying orders
• Delivery typically between 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Cold-chain delivery to maintain product freshness
• You must be available to receive the delivery

Nationwide Shipping

• Available to Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Koh Samui, Hua Hin, and other areas
• Cold-chain shipping with insulated packaging
• Shipping fees vary by location
• Transit time typically 1-2 days depending on destination

Delivery Issues

If you are not available at the delivery time, our driver will attempt to contact you. Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability may incur redelivery fees.

Refunds and Returns

Quality Issues

If you receive a product with quality issues (damaged, spoiled, or incorrect), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the product or issue a refund.

Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before production begins (typically before 2:00 PM the day before delivery)
• Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3-5 business days

Allergens and Dietary Information

All DEE Yogurt products contain dairy (milk). Our products are made in a facility that processes milk products. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.

Health Disclaimer

While probiotics may support digestive health, our products are food items, not medicines. We do not make medical claims. If you have specific health concerns, please consult a healthcare professional.

Wholesale Accounts

Wholesale terms, including pricing, minimum orders, and credit terms, are subject to separate agreements. Contact us for wholesale inquiries.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of DEE Yogurt Phuket and protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

DEE Yogurt Phuket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, except as required by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Phuket Province, Thailand.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
